Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping within Singapore

    • Shipping is at a flat rate of $5 per order within Singapore using Ninja Van Standard/Roadbull. Free Shipping on orders above $70 for Standard Shipping. Orders above $70 will be charged $2 for Express Shipping. 
    • Upon order confirmation, we will need about 2-3 working days to process and pack your parcel. After which, Ninja Van will pick up your parcel for delivery.
  • Delivery Options by Ninja Van

    • Standard: Within 3 business days upon dispatch.
    • Express: 1 Business day upon dispatch. $7 per order.

  • Can I Track my Order?

    • Yes! Simply use the tracking number which can be found in the Order Email. 
    • Using the above tracking number, you may find your delivery status on NinjaVan’s website, https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/ and click "Track Your Order" in the middle of the page or Roadbull's website, https://www.roadbull.com/ 


  • Not satisfied with your product? Let us help!
      • For returns and exchange of size, we are offering an online voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s). Your online voucher will be valid for one year. Customers are entitled to one free return/exchange through our courier service, on subsequent returns customers will have to bear the shipping cost back. Kindly drop us an email through our contact page if you would like to return/exchange.
      • Customers may also choose to visit our head office to exchange size. We also give you the freedom to exchange for any other shoe model or handbag of the same value or higher. Difference in value will be topped up by the customer. Please kindly see how to visit us here. 
      • Items will be considered fit for return as long as they are in their original condition. The management of EmelynShoes.com reserves the right to reject any item based on our discretion.
      • You are able to return your item, as long as it reaches us within 30 days from receiving your order. 
      • How do I go about making the return?

        • Firstly, please kindly drop us an email at hello@emelynshoes.com, 
        • Inside your email, please include, your

      • Properly pack the shoes back in the original shoes box and include this return form together with the package. 
      • Returns will be processed within 14 working days from the date we received your parcel. You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.

Order Issues

  • Am I able to change my order after I have placed it?

    • We regret to inform you that you are unable to change your order after you have placed it as we always pack items quickly upon confirmation so that you may receive your order in a timely manner.

Defective/Wrong Items

  • What should I do if I have received a defective item?

    • Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item and will do our best to have you receive the product you are satisfied with.
    • Please email us at hello@emelynshoes.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order with:
      • Your order number
      • Name/Product Code of the defective item
      • Photograph and explanation of the defect
  • Our CS representative will be in touch with you shortly. Should the item be deemed defective, please kindly return the defective item complete with the original shoe box to our office address by a trackable mode of delivery. You will be given an online voucher as compensation.

  • What should I do if I have received a wrong item?

    • We sincerely apologize if you have received a wrong item.

      • Your order number
      • Name/Product Code of the item you have ordered
      • Name/Product Code of the item you have received
      • A photograph of the wrong item that you have received

    • At the checkout portion, you may key in your online voucher and the total payable amount will be updated once the credit voucher has been successfully applied.

      • Yes an order can be returned if an online voucher is used.
      • Do I have to use my online voucher in a single transaction?

        • Yes, you will need to use the full amount in a single transaction.

    • You are able to buy electronic gift cards here, they are available in denominations of SGD $20, $50 and $100.
    • How long are your gift cards valid for?

      • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
      • Once you have purchased a gift card, an online voucher will be sent to your email.
